SFI 70–100Lower solar support; try lower bands and regional paths.
SFI 100–150Useful mid-band conditions may develop.
SFI 150+Higher bands can become productive when Kp is quiet.
Kp 0–2Quiet geomagnetic conditions.
Kp 5+Storm conditions may disturb HF propagation.
